Why YVR Technology
A technology partner, not just a help desk
Most frustration with IT providers comes down to slow answers, vague invoices and nobody looking ahead. Here's how we work instead.
One partner, not five vendors
IT support, security, cloud, AI and your website from one team that sees how everything connects.
Plain English
Proposals, reports and recommendations you can read without a glossary — with costs attached.
You own everything
Admin accounts, domains, licences and documentation stay in your company's name. No lock-in.
Security by default
Multi-factor authentication, tested backups and least-privilege access are part of how we set things up.
Local and hands-on
Remote-first support, with on-site visits across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley when it counts.
Practical about AI
We recommend AI where it saves real time — and say so plainly when it doesn't.

FAQ
Questions we get asked
What does YVR Technology do?
We're a technology consulting company for small and medium businesses. We provide managed IT services and IT support, cybersecurity, AI consulting, website design, networks and servers, cloud services and Microsoft 365 and IT consulting — one partner for the technology your business runs on.
Which areas do you serve?
All of Greater Vancouver — including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, the North Shore, the Tri-Cities, Langley and Maple Ridge — and the Fraser Valley, including Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission. Every city is listed on our service areas page.
What size of business do you work with?
Small and medium businesses, from a handful of staff to growing, multi-location teams. Most don't have an internal IT department, or have one person who needs backup.
Can we hire you for a single project instead of ongoing support?
Yes. Assessments, Microsoft 365 migrations, network installs, AI rollouts and new websites are all available as standalone projects. Ongoing managed IT is there if and when you want it.
How do we get started?
